If you decide Wedding Chronicles™ will enhance your special day, you might want to reserve time on the schedule to ensure your newsletter receives top priority. Many couples book time up to one year in advance of their wedding.

How Much Do Wedding Chronicles™ Cost?

If you’ve been shopping for favors, you already know that, at the minimum, you’ll pay between $3 and $5 or more on a gift for each guest.

Chocolate roses, monogrammed matchbooks, sugared almonds and other traditional favors are wonderful. But you can’t slip them into your photo album for safekeeping, or mail them across the country to someone unable to make the trip. Wedding Chronicles™ become a treasured keepsake — a mini-family history, in fact. They’re the next best thing to being there.

Wedding Chronicles™ prices are based on the number of pages you need, the paper you choose and the amount of copies you order. Of course, the more copies you order, the less the unit price. Here’s an example:

For 250 copies (the minimum order) of a standard eight-page edition, on high-quality, ivory bond paper, the cost is $995, all inclusive. That’s about $4 per guest.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the process. The balance of the invoice is due four weeks before the wedding. Money Orders or Cashiers checks only. Sorry, no credit cards.

Many couples use the personalized newsletters as their only wedding favor, others present a traditional gift as well.

HELPFUL HINT: Several moms and grandmothers have ordered the personalized newsletters as their gift to the Bride and Groom. One group of sisters chipped in and ordered a Wedding Chronicle™ for their baby brother’s wedding. Regardless of who pays, the Bride and Groom always have the final edit. There are no surprises.

How Many Wedding Chronicles™ Should I Order?

Most Brides and Grooms order a minimum of one copy for each individual guest, plus one for themselves, for each attendant and both sets of parents.

Because Wedding Chronicles™ are easy to mail, many couples order an extra 50 to 100 copies to send to folks who were unable to attend the ceremony and/or reception, co-workers, college roommates and others.

Remember — Wedding Chronicles™ are the next best thing to being there.

HELPFUL HINT: After the wedding, most Brides report that guests scoop up Wedding Chronicles™ to pass along to others. That’s why we set the minimum order at 250 copies. Skimping on copies is not advised. The price difference between 250 and 300 newsletter is only about $40, while another print run after the wedding can be costly.
